Responsibilities:
- To recruit students for the centre.
- To ensure that the student numbers are met as per the target decided.
- To recruit Domestic agents for student referrals outside of Klang Valley.
- To follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- To organise/participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and school events in Klang Valley and Outstation.
- To liaise with the government, agents, school counsellors, tuition centres with an effort to generate marketing opportunities.
- To generate reports as required.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or with a focus on TVET.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, aggressive, results-oriented, and performance-driven.

Academic Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for quality assurance and maintain academic standards of all programmes within the Centre.
- To plan programme structures, academic calendars and academic manpower development for the faculty and to ensure these are achieved.
- To ensure existing programmes are current with regular curriculum review.
- To manage and coordinate teaching, tutorials, counseling schedules and examination timetables.
- To undertake teaching duties as when necessary.
- To monitor closely the attrition and graduation on time of students, and take necessary remedial actions to prevent it.
- To evaluate academic staff in the performance of their teaching duties and provide guidance in the improvement of their responsibilities.
- To receive and review students’ feedback on the services provided, and to take corrective action where necessary.
- Establish collaborations and partnerships with local business to drive student portfolio
Growth Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies for the growth of the SUMA College, Johor Bahru.
- Overseeing the recruitment, appointment, review and professional development of staff and students.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 years teaching experience in Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Demonstrate strong passion, and good knowledge and understanding of the education environment.
- Proven ability to build positive and strong partnerships/ relationships externally.
- Experience of delivering improvements in quality, student/ customer experience.
- Able to be creative and innovative in devising solutions.

Responsibilities
Pre-Training
- To prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments and class discussions.
- To prepare PPT for every course taught.
- To prepare test/examination questions together with appropriate marking scheme in a timely manner.
- To utilize the learning management system to maximize student learning.
Training & Lecturing
- To lecturing students with prepared content
- To supervise students on tutorial learning
Post-Training
- Update student portfolio for every course taught.
- Be responsible for quality, audit and other external assessments in own areas of responsibility.
- Take responsibility for programme accreditation processes.
- Ensure that operational processes such as timetabling, assessment and examinations are managed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in Digital Marketing or with supporting portfolio in own specialisation
- At least 1 years teaching experience (Train The Trainer Training will be provided)
- Demonstrate strong passion, and good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.
