>Develop high-quality and engaging content for various digital and traditional platforms, including but not limited to FB, Instagram, TikTok, radio, event and website.
>Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance in content.
>Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
>Manage and execute content distribution strategies across multiple portals and channels.
>Optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility and reach.
>Utilize social media management tools to schedule and publish content.
>Monitor the performance of content across different portals and channels.
>Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing analytics to gather data.
>Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the success of content campaigns.
>Identify opportunities to engage with the target audience through content.
>Foster engagement by responding to comments, messages, and feedback promptly.
>Continuously seek ways to grow and nurture our online community.
>Contribute to the development of content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content formats to remain competitive.
>Work closely with the Marketing Manager, design team, and other departments to ensure content supports broader marketing initiatives.
>Collaborate with third-party vendors or agencies when necessary.
Qualification :
>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
>Proven at least one (1) year experience in content development and digital marketing.
>Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
>Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
>Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
>Detail-oriented and highly organized.
>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
>Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.
