Job Description :
Social Media Content Planning & Creation:
– Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
– Create engaging, brand-aligned content, including copywriting
– Schedule and oversee the publication of content, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
Website Creation & Management:
– Coordinate with designers to manage website projects.
– Build website according to branding guideline and design guideline.
– Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current marketing strategies.
Client Servicing:
– Liaise with clients to understand their branding needs and objectives.
– Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the performance of their brand campaigns.
– Address client feedback and adjust strategies as necessary to meet goals.
Administrative Duties:
– Perform administrative tasks related to digital and social media marketing.
– Attend team meetings and contribute to creative discussions.
– Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external use.
Qualification :
– Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Strong interest in digital and social media marketing
– Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
– Good writing and communication skills
– Able to write English & Mandarin copywriting
– Mandarin speakers are preferred – Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
– Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
– Travelling outstation may be required
– Having personal transportation is a bonus
